FAQs

Sizing:

Tees are 100% cotton and are unisex sizing. If you prefer a regular fit, go with your normal size. if you prefer a loose or oversized fit, size up 1-2 sizes. 

Returns/Exchanges:

We do not allow returns on custom made or bulk/wholesale items. We do allow resales at cost or be sold at a discount in the facebook group Jackie’s Tie Dye Bar. We do allow an occasional (at my discretion) one time exchange as a one time courtesy if you are truly unhappy with your item. Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

Custom items are made to order and we want to make sure you are able to wear your tie dyed items! Please choose your size and colors carefully as I get started on your item immediately.

Shipping time:

Custom hearts are made to order and will ship within 7 days. From then, items are shipped via USPS or UPS and you will be sent tracking details. Shipping transit times will take about 5-7 buisness days from when your package is shipped. If you order a ready to ship and a custom item, your items will not ship until your custom item is complete. If you place an order for just a ready to ship item, it will ship within 2 days.

Lost packages:

Once in a while, a package will be scanned as “delivered” and not show in your mailbox for a day or two. Please check with your local post office or UPS in the event this happens. In the event your package is truly lost, please send us a message through the contact page so we may help you with your order. We may at times use our discretion and require a signature for your package.
